What we collect

When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and property address, along with anything you write in the message field. If you sign in with Google to leave a review, we receive your Google name, verified email, and account id so we can save that review on this site — we cannot post it to Google Maps for you. Our forms also include a hidden anti-spam field (a “honeypot”); it is there to catch bots and is never shown to or filled in by you.

Why we collect it

We use your information to prepare your quote and contact you about the lawn care or landscaping work you asked about. We do not sell your information. If you consent to marketing cookies, we may use them to measure advertising — not to sell your form details.

How your submission is processed

Form submissions are stored in our customer database so we can prepare a quote and follow up. We also try to email the shop inbox and send you a short confirmation when an email address is provided. If email delivery is unavailable, the inquiry is still saved for the owners to read in the office dashboard.

If you accept cookies, we may use analytics and advertising cookies (for example Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand site traffic and measure ads. You can accept, reject, or customize those cookies in the banner on first visit. Necessary cookies for the site to function stay on, including a short session cookie if you sign in with Google to leave a review.

Accessing or deleting your information
