Genuine Green Care Landscaping (“we,” “us”) keeps things simple: we only collect what we need to give you an accurate quote and follow up about your lawn. This policy explains what that means in practice.
What we collect
When you submit our quote or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and property address, along with anything you write in the message field. Our forms also include a hidden anti-spam field (a “honeypot”); it is there to catch bots and is never shown to or filled in by you.
Why we collect it
We use your information for one purpose: to prepare your quote and contact you about the lawn care or landscaping work you asked about. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How your submission is processed
Form submissions are handled by Netlify Forms, our website host’s built-in form processor, which stores them so we can read and respond to your request. We currently run no analytics and set no tracking or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Accessing or deleting your information
You can ask us to see or delete the information you submitted at any time. Email us at hello@genuinegreencare.com and we will take care of it.
